Here is another beautiful Miami newborn baby girl!!! I am so excited to announce that we have a new little family member! Say hello to my beautiful little niece. YES, I am a great-aunt once again. My goodness, I have lost count of how many women are in my family. Girls absolutely rule in my family. Family gatherings are a blast but I feel for the boys/men in attendance; they are certainly outnumbered. Ha-ha!!! It is such a joy for me to document these precious moments for my family. It truly is a blessing. I posted images of my niece’s maternity session a few months back, she looked fabulous. You can see her maternity pictures HERE. Little Miss Araya Rose was a perfect little model for me and of course, her big sister Miss Samantha was on point too. I can take pictures of these beauty’s all day long. ♥

When to schedule your baby’s newborn photo session

It is best to schedule your newborn photos when your baby is between 5-10 days old. There are a couple of reasons behind scheduling your photo session at this time with the first being that babies are easiest to work within the first 2 weeks of being born. It is during this period, babies are sleeping the majority of the day which makes it very easy to get them into poses. In addition, because the baby hasn’t been out of the womb for a long period of time, they are more likely to curl up in womb-like poses, stay asleep longer, and don’t mind being unclothed.

Newborn photography sessions are done in the comfort of your own home. A newborn session can take 2-3 hours allowing for feeding and soothing baby. Parents, siblings, and pets are included at no additional cost.
